I grew up in Montreal, but spent close to 10 years in San Francisco (along with a few stints in Black Rock City) before settling down in beautiful Vancouver.
I’ve been fortunate enough to exit three startups. I was co-founder and CEO at Flight (acquired by Figma), Spaces (acquired by Slack), and OpenCal (acquired by Groupon).
These days, I’m most interested in technology designed to capture less of our attention, not more. I believe AI holds great promise on that front.
I hold a degree in materials engineering from Polytechnique of Montreal, and started my career working with industrial gases at Air Liquide before making the jump to tech.
I’m a proud father of two and husband to my closest friend and advisor, Karina Louise. Together we live a charmed life. I do my best to take it all in and pay it forward.
